Our Office Building:

The Burlington Family Practice office building is located in Burlington, Washington at 835 East Fairhaven Avenue.

Nestled between the Cascade Mountains and the Pacific Ocean, and one hour’s driving distance from both Seattle and Canada, Burlington Family Practice was created in 1948 by Richard Anderson, M.D.

Our current building was constructed in 1998 across the street from our old office, providing us with space for new physicians to handle our growing patient population.
